Examples

See what this tool can do.

Combine chapters into one file

Add each chapter PDF, drag them into the right order, and merge them into a single document ready to share or print.

Attach a cover page

Put a one-page cover PDF first and your report second, then merge — no reformatting needed.

Bundle scanned receipts

Drop several scanned receipt PDFs in and merge them into one file for an expense claim.

Tips & tricks

Get the most out of it.

  • 1Drag files in the queue to set the exact page order before merging.
  • 2There is no file-count limit imposed by a server — you are only bound by your device's memory.
  • 3Merging keeps each source page as-is; it does not re-compress or downgrade quality.

About Merge PDF

What this tool does

Merge PDF combines two or more PDF files into a single document, preserving the original pages exactly. It is the fastest way to turn a pile of separate PDFs into one file you can email, print or archive.

How to use it

  • Add the PDFs you want to combine (drag-and-drop or browse).
  • Drag files in the queue to set the page order.
  • Click Merge and download the combined PDF.

How it works

The tool uses the pdf-lib engine to copy every page from each source file into one new document. Pages are transferred without re-encoding, so text remains selectable and images are untouched.

Important considerations

  • Form fields with the same name across files can collide; flatten forms first if needed.
  • Digital signatures are invalidated by merging, as they are for any PDF editor.

Privacy

Your PDF is processed entirely in your browser. The file is never uploaded to a server, which makes this safe for confidential contracts, statements and personal documents.

No fixed limit. Because everything runs on your device, very large batches are only constrained by your available memory.
